NEW: Orchidea chair collection (24/05/2013)

Haelvoet proudly welcomes a new and refreshing chair collection. The Orchidea chairs reflect a contemporary lifestyle, in which elegance and comfort invite you to enjoy yourself from head to toe.
The Orchidea collection consists of chairs, armchairs and club chairs in different versions. The seats of these chairs have been equipped with webbing and a double foam layer, which guarantee extraordinary comfort. Besides an aesthetic look and an ergonomic design, functionality has occupied an important place in the development process, too. The Orchidea is therefore available with a removable seat, a much sought-after option in the health care sector.

Haelvoet provides the beds for the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony. (08/08/2012)

For and with Tait Technologies, Haelvoet has developed and produced 331 beds for the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony.
The beds were used during an ode to the National Health Service and portrayed a children's hospital in a fairy world.
The beds were developed to make a quick disassembly possible. The beds were corrosion-resistant, as they had to be used for months during the open-air rehearsals.
Furthermore, the applicable norms were taken into consideration, so that the beds could be shipped to Tunisia the next day and used in a hospital for Libiyan refugees.

Olympia Extra Low (08/05/2012)

For the sake of the elderly's welfare in their daily environment (at home or in an assisted living centre), it is of the utmost importance that comfort and safety are perfectly aligned with each other. Unfortunately, fall incidents are more common than rare nowadays. For this reason, Haelvoet has developed a bed with an extra low bed position of 25 cm. Thanks to this, the risk of falling is reduced considerably, without limiting the bed's user-friendliness. This high/low bed is both available in a soft and a care edition. The bed's clearance height still enables the use of a patient lift.
Olympia Bariatric - Extra large with BIG comfort (08/05/2012)

The Olympia Bariatric bed combines an exceptional functionality with a high weight capacity to support a bariatric patient's treatment. The bed is telescopically adjustable in 3 different widths, which increases the patient's comfort. This adjustability also makes it easier for the nursing staff to move the bed.
